We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that items sold during a final sale are not eligible. You’ll also need the receipt or digital proof of purchase.

Please note that all items marked as on sale or discounted are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We recommend reviewing all sale items carefully before completing your purchase.

Intimate Apparel
Due to hygiene reasons, all intimate items including bras, underwear, shapewear, and bodysuits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if unworn or in original packaging.
Please note that our return policy does not cover return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees, as well as a restocking fee associated with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep the original packaging and any documentation that came with your order to facilitate the return process.
Shipping Protection Add-On
The optional shipping protection add-on is a non-refundable item and is not eligible for return or reimbursement under any circumstance.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. To get a replacement for an item you've returned, please place a new order through our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
